Devlog #14: Home Grown is coming back!
As I'm writing this it's been 3 months since the last devlog and 6 months since the previous update. Right now I'm getting back to working on Home Grown, meaning I'll start building the game from the ground up on Godot 4.0.
"Wait!" I hear people say who actually read the previous devlogs, "Didn't you say you had started rewriting Home Grown already?" well, no. I said that I had started planning the Beta that would be made in Godot 4.0 because I didn't want to keep working with the current game. But that's also sort of a lie since I've only been coming up with ideas and haven't been putting them together. But now, I'm finally putting them together and seeing what works and what doesn't.
I also can't say when it'll release. It could legitimately be only a couple of months if I really plan it out well and work hard on it, or it could be half a year or longer. All I know is that I'm being very careful with this game from here on out, not only because I still think it's an insanely cool concept, but also because it's a project that can easily fall apart if not done right.
Anyway, that's all.
