Devlog #5: Been awhile, gonna be even longer while
Hello everyone, I don't really have much of an update on the game... Oh wait, I do, I'm starting from complete scratch!
Several months ago I expected to have this game finished, I expected it to explode and everyone to love it and call me a genius game designer, but I am no genius (not even smart), almost no one actually enjoys the game at it's current state, and I had changed to a beta release last month (which I canceled), this is all due to me using the same code I used in the Jam Version.
Yes, this whole time I've been developing the game using the code and base of the original GameJam game, which was an unplayable mess with horrible controls, bad instructions, and the last time I worked on the game was trying to fix a bug that had been causing me issues for months.
At the moment, I am currently planning to get a full release out by mid-2022, it's not going to be a big game but I'll try to update it based on any feedback I get.
One more thing, I likely won't be making any posts about the game until release, maybe a couple of teasers for gameplay and such, but that's it, I don't want to get distracted by them.
